10 ways to be happy in your life


Happiness is an inner feeling. It doesn't come with money it comes with peace and harmony. If you're happy you also make happy to others. But nowadays people live a very stressful life. They have everything but still, they want more and their that habit makes them unhappy. We are an advanced generation but still, we can't make ourselves happy. We should try to be glad of what we have because there are some people in our lived whose happiness depends on us. There are some rules if you follow them in hard time you maybe feel better. These rules are as following;

1- Be you

Being you is very essential to live a happy life. We should not become copycat. We should not follow anyone advice about ourselves. You must know how you are, you're the best and original piece. You don't need to change yourself for others. 

2- Do what you love

The second factor to be happy is to do what you love. Whatever you do, it must be your choice.  Don't let others dominate on you and on your thoughts. God gives you one life so you must choose and live your life according to your taste.

3- Stop comparing yourself 

Never ever compare yourself with anyone. As I earlier mentioned you must know who you are. You must know your worthiness. Appreciate other qualities but don't try to adopt it because everyone has it's ow qualities. You can't be like someone else and someone else can't be like you. So you must understand that there is no comparison in life.

4- Compare yourself who have less than you

Some people have comparison habit. They always compare their things, thoughts, lifestyle even their loved ones with others. If you have this type of habit don't worry I have a good suggestion for you, now whenever you compare yourself with others you must take care that you have to compare yourself with those who have less then you. It makes you feel better and you will feel grateful to God.

5- Stop worrying about future 

If you want to fill your life with joy, you must not think about the future. Sometimes we overthink about something that never going to happen in our lives, that thing destroys our present life too. We feel insecure when we think the upcoming event of the future so one must
enjoy his present moment and forget about the future. 

6- Expect less

Expectation always hurts. Have you ever noticed when someone can't up to be our expectations we say him, I didn't expect this from you? It means that the person didn't hurt us but our expectations hurt us. So we must expect very little from others or even expect nothing is much better for a happy life

7- Follow forgive and forget rule

If somebody does wrong with you and you don't forgive him. He will always be in your mind and heart. You always burning in flames of revenge. Whenever you listen to his name you lose your control. And this only hurts you so try to follow forgive and forget the rule. If you apply F rule in your life you feel free from jealousy, anger, and anxiety. 

8- Accept imperfection

Nobody in this world is perfect. Everyone has their own weaknesses. If you think yourself a perfect person you're on wrong track, one can be expert in something but can't be perfect on that thing. Perfection is not the quality of human and imperfection is awesome in many ways so we must accept imperfection and weaknesses. There is no shy to accept it.

9- Ignore negativity 

Around you, there will be 1000 negative person. Try to avoid them. This is not only good for your mental health but also good for your inner peace. Inner peace is very crucial for a happy life so you must take care and don't pay attention to negativity. 

10- Give time to yourself 

If you want to be happy you must give time to yourself. You're the most important person for yourself. You must understand that if I myself don't care myself nobody else will care about me. You must spend 15 to 20 minutes in a day with yourself.

5 Ways to Stop Hair Fall Immediately


Hair plays an essential role in beauty. Your hair is most important for you to look beautiful but due to the chemical product, stress, and season changes we are losing hair day by day. Weak, dry hair, baldness, and double hair is a common problem in our generation.  People use different kinds of product to fight with this problem but after stopping those product cause hair fall again. Here are some tips to stop hair fall naturally.

1-  Take regular hair wash

We should take regular hair wash to prevent oily scalp. Oily scalp and dirt don't let oxygen enter into our hair roots that cause dull hair and broken hair. If someone says to you washing hair daily is not good for hair please don't take this myth seriously. Have you ever noticed when you wash your hair, on that day you lossless hair? After 3 to 4 days of hair wash you again lose hair fastly. If you didn't notice do it today.

2-Oil massage on scalp

There are many oils to apply on your hair. Coconut and olive oil is very good chose for stopping fair fall.  Coconut and olive oil is full of nutrients that make hair beautiful, silky and smooth. You should apply daily any essential oil on your scalp and massage gently 10 to 15 minutes at night and wash your hair in the morning.

3-  Don't brush in wet hair

Do you know your damaging your hair when you comb on wet hair? When hair is wet, water weakens bonds of hair that are the reason for breakage of hair. Wait till your hair get dry naturally then use a wide-toothed comb for brushing your hair.

4- Keep yourself hydrated

Drink 8-9 glasses of water in a day to maintain your hair health.  Keeping yourself hydrated is vital for your hair. If you don't drink proper water your hair becomes dry and it loses the beauty.

5- add vitamins and protein in your diet

Your diet affects on your skin, hair, and body. One must eat a balanced diet to look beautiful and attractive. Your hair is very important for you so you must take care of your hair and take proper food that contains proteins and vitamins. Add egg, berries, walnut and other healthy green vegetables in your diet for your hair health.

10 ways to make your skin healthier





Skin is the largest cell of our body and the beauty of men or women depends on it. Skin matters to all of us. If your skin is healthy and fresh you look young and confident. But if you have dull skin you will look old, you will not look elegant that's why you may lose your confidence. If you want to look younger, attractive, and confident you must take care of your skin. Here are some tips to make your skin younger and healthier.

1- Protect yourself from the sun

We must protect ourselves from the Sunrays. As Sunrays have Ultra Violet (UV) rays that cause sunburn as well as skin cancer. Sunburn makes our skin darker. So You may use sunblock to protect yourself from UV rays.

2- Drink water

Water is vital for skin freshness. It not only make your skin hydrated, tight and toned but it also cleansed toxins from our body that help our skin to look ageless. We must drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day.

3- Moisturize your skin

Moisturizer is good for the skin. The skin has 60% moisturizer to look young and healthy. If your skin is dry you should keep your shower short 10-15 minutes per day. One must stop using a product that makes skin dry and tries to moisturize the skin with any good lotion.

4- Treat skin gently

We all should treat our skin gently. We should not rub or scrub it hard. If we do so our skin pores get larger that cause blackheads and snatch the beauty of the skin.

5- Exfoliating your face

Human skin naturally gives out dead skin cells every month to make a place for new cells. So we must exfoliate our skin every month with scrub, using natural products or using exfoliating tools.

6- Minimize makeup product

Nowadays, women are applying makeup on a regular basis. If you want good for your skin please stop makeup in your routine life. It does not only consume your money but also destroying your skin. Makeup cause irritation,  wrinkles, clogged pores, pimples, and acne. It also causes dry skin and skin cancer.

7- Stop smoking/ Alcohol

Smoking and alcohol make your skin dull and tired. When you consume alcohol it dehydrates the skin and greatly reduced nutrients that make the skin fresh and glowing.

8- Eat healthy food

Eating habits effects on our skin too. If you eat healthy and hydrated food it directly makes skin beautiful and ageless. Try to add vitamins in your daily diet. If you eat junk food your skin lost its beauty. So one must take a balanced diet.

9- Manage stress

Stress causes sensitive and reactive skin. Have you ever noticed before party night you got pimples or acne on your face? Have you ever think what's the reason behind this? The reason behind this is a stressful routine. Hormones make due to stress makes our skin more oily that may cause acne, pimples, rashes, itching, and breakouts.

10- Take proper rest

Looking beautiful, fresh and ageless one must take care of his sleep. If you can't sleep properly you feel disturbed and it also matters to your skin. You must sleep 8-9 hours in a day to look flawless.

Charles Babbage is not considered as the father of the computer if he really waited for perfection. Margaret Atwood a Canadian poetess and novelist would never write a word if she waited for perfection.
Perfection is not a quality of human beings. In this world no one is perfect. We can be an expert in something but we can not be perfect.
I am Aliya Musavi from Pakistan. This is my first blog. I write for fun. I am interested in poetry, nature, education, cooking, food, craft and much more. I wish I could be counted in best bloggers. For that, I have work too hard.
